But imho, you shouldn't have to keep trying to get hold of them in the first place! If they have your order in stock then it should be sent to you straight away. If not, or if they're having problems with the order, they should let you know! It's basic customer service, which sadly most places seem to be ignoring these days - booked a hotel with Expedia - found out that the hotel won't be open in time for my stay - still waiting for Expedia to tell me that they moved me to a different hotel (which the hotel itself kindly told me - lucky really as I never would have known if left to Expedia!)
If they have a phone number then surely someone should be manning it at least at specified times of the day!
