Fri, December 5, 2008 - 7:45 PMRaqs Italia will take place in a little town called Cento just outside Bologna on the last weekend in May Friday 29-Sunday 31. We have confirmed the venue and are finalizing other details. The BDSS will perform as will other noted teachers. A new Raqs Italia site is being worked on to post asap. -

But hey, that means you dont need to decide which event to go to now, Raqs Brittania's line up is amazing this year!
I will taking from as many teachers as I can fit around my schedule there, esp. Mira Betz lecture, I am so happy to have the opportunity to take it finally. Look forward to seeing you there! -

Wed, March 25, 2009 - 9:00 PMUnfortunately at the last minute our partners in Italy decided they were not in a financial position to support their obligations and we have no time to get a new team in place. therefore we will move the event to May of next year. A real bummer as I was looking forward to a great Bolognia weekend and the Italian bellydance scene -
