ya same here. other producers like Cheeky girls and World Dance New York are really great in replying fast. While they do not produce large-scale tours, especially the latter hold a significant portion of the dvd market, and probably have less marketing/customer relations personnel available..

i have also been having some trouble with product quality and service quality from bdss. the last couple of dvds that i ordered, it too forever to just get a confirmation ( i mean weeks...) no answered emails, and also the music was not matched up with the dancing on the dvds, very distracting. it really sucks because they are putting out lower quality products than world dance, and charging more, we pay almost $10 for shipping and we still wait over a month to get a product that is supposed to be available already. but these are dvds of dancers that i like so i still want to get them.... i guess ill just wait until amazon has them from now on.
i agree about world dance, have yet to order from cheeky, but world dance is very fast. i got my package in two days after i ordered from them (free shipping and 30% off entire odrder of 2 or more dvds)
