I would suggest buying the dvds straight from the dancers, generally that way they make a bigger percentage of the profit. I know Zoe has a bunch of her dvds, and I suspect the others have some of whatever their on to. They're pretty busy, of course, but its worth a try to give them our support directly.

WOW. Ya'll will never believe what just happened. I am happy that the situation is solved, but am completely aghast at the lack of tact this company apparently has.

In my frustration I wrote one last email to BDSS today telling them of my plan to take action against them. I stated that I would give them 3 days to either send me the DVD, contact me about what is going on, or refund my money.

Well . . . . I got a refund for the full amount . . . . yeah . . . . that's ALL. No response to my email. Not even a message on the refund. Just my money back. The could have at least apologized or told me what was going one. Hmmm . . . . oh well. Looks like they won't get any more of my money. But . . . I am glad to have my money back non the less.

I just found it interesting the way that was handled. :(.

I was about to order 30 days to las Vegas from the BDSS store, but I think I will now instead order it from pekorecords..

does not sound acceptable what you guys are telling here.. how horrible! you d think they d care for sales!
