Are there still problems with shipping and such or is it safe to wade back into the BDSS store website so I can get Tribal LA? Just being cautious and wondering if I should just wait 'til Oct to get it from amazon. Any news?

Sun, September 6, 2009 - 12:16 PMI had no problems getting that DVD. It took about 3 weeks to get but other than that I had no problems. But I've heard a lot of yucky stories so I'd be careful.

I'm having trouble with Amazon for the Tribal Fusions 2 DVD, and it just got delayed again so I am going back to my first instinct of ordering from the site. it may take a little longer to ship but I know it will eventually get here. And I never had any problems with them before so.....tried the amazon thing and it didn't work....I'm just curious why they put a release date when they didn't have the stuff??? Kind of random.... -

lots of last minute post production can happen that is not something that can be anticipated, or avoided.
its not them being mean. its a reality vs. intention thing. they sweat bullets over those dates. i promise.

Thu, September 10, 2009 - 1:39 PMI ordered from BDSS website and got it in two days..If your gonna order close to the release date, I wouldn't order it from Amazon or anywhere else besides the BDSS website, because they are of course gonna have it before any of the other distributers..So I recommed BDSS website for the new DvDs..

Fri, September 11, 2009 - 3:55 PMI got 30 days from Borders..if you order it from them(unless its in the store), it usually only takes 3 days..granted they have it in their warehouse...im sure bdss wont have a problem now..That dvds been out a while.. -

I recently ordered something else from some random company from Ohio, and its taking them a week for it to get to me...So unless you pay for overnight, it may take longer..oops... :( -

Fri, October 9, 2009 - 1:09 AMSame here! I just received my Tribal LA DVD from Amazon ($11.99 new), bearing the TF2 disc. With all the bad service in the merch department and all the cancellations of conventions/shows worldwide, could these be indicators of BDSS or Copeland Group collapsing?
How was the "fiasco" remedied before?

Sat, November 7, 2009 - 3:18 PMIndeed! I contacted Amazon last weekend and received the correct replacement last Monday. Finally! But still no response to my e-mail sent to the BDSS customer service several weeks ago. I'd still stick with Amazon over BDSS for ordering anytime.

Guess who gets to call AGAIN, this time MUCH MORE angry, on Mon? That's right.....ME! >.< This is totally horrible service. Someone asked in another post who was going to pre-order the Babelesque (sp?) DVD, well that would be a big fat NO from me! Yeesh. I've never bitched so much in my life. -
