On another tribe someone mentioned that BDSS will have a show on PBS this year--what's the story? This is potentially very exciting!

Sat, March 14, 2009 - 1:35 PMWell, Miles was involved in a PBS film called "Dissonance & Harmony: Arabic Music goes West" which I never got to see but looked very interesting...

and I know the American Bellydancer documentary has aired on TV (not sure about PBS)...
also, there was a Frontline film called "So Much So Fast" in which a family has a belly dance fundraiser when a son develops ALS, but BDSS wasn't involved.
So that's all I've got. I was hoping that this was something new. Ah, well. -

Wed, March 25, 2009 - 9:02 PMWe have commitments from over 60 PBS stations across the US to start airing the 56 minute version of the "Live in Paris" show. We expect to get the airing dates in a week or so with a few in April and more in May-June -
