Ordered my Tribal LA DVD on June 26. Still no sign of it. Emailed customer service. Got no reply. I ordered from BDSS so I could get it sooner. I'm disappointed. Anyone have any idea what's going on????

Might as well have just waited til they get it in the UK store, it'll probably be on there before I get mine (This has happened to me before with advance purchasing from BDSS).Was really looking forward to this DVD, as I wasn't at Tribal LA myself! -

Sat, July 18, 2009 - 6:33 PMI just go ahead and buy from amazon as well. It happened to me with the Vegas DVD, and I got it later than when I could have ordered it from amazon. That's why I'm waiting for the next two tribal DVD's instead of getting them from the BDSS store. -

Sat, July 18, 2009 - 7:35 PMThis is kind of disappointing as I had also ordered 2-3 weeks ago and haven't gotten it yet. They used to be soooo fast at shipping. I remember getting the DVD's in days instead of weeks....try to contact Claudia. She's always been really good if you contact her directly.
By the way is anyone else having troubles with the main BDSS site??? -

I get absolutely no response from anyone. That really sucks and I seriously doubt I will purchase ANYTHING from BDSS again!!!!! You guys really, REALLY need to get your act together.

Fri, July 24, 2009 - 9:37 PMWOW. Ya'll will never believe what just happened. I am happy that the situation is solved, but am completely aghast at the lack of tact this company apparently has.
In my frustration I wrote one last email to BDSS today telling them of my plan to take action against them. I stated that I would give them 3 days to either send me the DVD, contact me about what is going on, or refund my money.
Well . . . . I got a refund for the full amount . . . . yeah . . . . that's ALL. No response to my email. Not even a message on the refund. Just my money back. The could have at least apologized or told me what was going one. Hmmm . . . . oh well. Looks like they won't get any more of my money. But . . . I am glad to have my money back non the less.
I just found it interesting the way that was handled. :(. -

The whole point of ordering from BDSS was that I didn't want to have to wait for Amazon or the UK store to get it in stock, I wanted it now, as is advertised on their website!! -

Anyways, mine finally arrived today after weeks of waiting and an email of complaint sent to them. I wish all the BDSS DVDs were filmed this well, the quality is perfection, and no stupid camera angles! YAY! -

Thu, July 30, 2009 - 2:45 PMJust to report . . . my DVD did finally get here. So, I am happy about that. And I would have been fine with the wait if they would have communicated with me. I appreciate the fact that they resolved my situation promptly, I only wish they would have returned my calls / responded to my emails, etc. It would have all been good with just a little communication. . . . .
