Since the frustration about an order thread was getting a bit long, I thought I 'd post the resolution to my frustration in a new thread and hope others who have received assistance will do the same.
I wrote to Claudia after waiting almost 3 weeks for my DVD and she replied in a timely matter with an apology and explanation for the delay, as well as a shipping date and potential solution in case my DVD doesn't arrive in time. (I'm travelling and planned on taking it with me for my practice)
