Seriously, I know a lot of people have been harping on this, but I've got an update! Yay....NOT! I got a return from my bank and they have already taken out the money for the Tribal LA DVD and I have yet to receive it after an entire month! I e-mailed the peeps over the store on the BDSS website, but still after and entire week of that, no answer either. Are you kidding me!? Now I have to figure out some damn way to get a hold of these people who took my money, but gave me nothing in return. Sure, if it comes in the mail this weekend I'll be happy, but I'm NOT buying from the site again. This sporadic good processing, bad processing is getting under my skin rather quickly. >.<
Jeez, this is ridiculous and it's reminding me of my purchase hassle over the last DVD I got from them. Should have known better. Shame on me!

Wed, October 7, 2009 - 10:21 PMForgot to add this nice tidbit their phone number won't show up when I go to the CONTACT US icon at the bottom of the U.S. store and it also says (after buying the DVD AND having them take the money from my account) that I have NO PREVIOUS order history. GAWD! Is it just my computer or something that is the cause for the number not showing up? Can someone check and if they can get on send me a personal e-mail with the contact number for the U.S. store?

Thu, October 8, 2009 - 9:41 AMHave you tried calling your bank? If you used a credit card, you can easily contest the charge and get it refunded. I haven't personally tried that with a debit card, but I'm willing to bet your bank has a procedure for that as well. -
